From the M60:
- Leave the M60 at Junction 21 and follow signs for the A663 Manchester (Broadway)
- At the next set of traffic lights (landmark The Whitegate Inn on your left) turn right onto Hollinwood Avenue and follow signs for Middleton A6014 (A664) until you reach the roundabout
- Take the first exit onto Lightbowne Road, sign posted Manchester City Centre B6393
- Follow this road to the end. At the roundabout take the third exit signed Central Park
- Continue straight on at the second roundabout
- One Central Park is the next building on the right on Northampton Road
From Manchester City Centre:
- From Manchester City Centre follow signs for Oldham A62 (Oldham Road)
- Continue along Oldham Road, past the Wing Yip supermarket, proceed under the two railway bridges, through the next set of lights, and on passing the Searchlight building on your right, turn left at the next set of lights onto The Gateway
- Keep in the left hand lane taking the first exit off the roundabout
- One Central Park is the next building on the right on Northampton Road
Arriving by bus?
From Oldham Road (A62) (10 minute walk)
- Ask to be dropped off at the Gateway Interchange on Oldham Road
- Walk down The Gateway and turn left at the roundabout
- One Central Park is the next building on the right on Northampton Road
